Processing Times

All orders are handmade to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for your items to be processed and dispatched.

During busy periods (product launches, holidays, markets), processing may extend to 3–5 business days.

UK Shipping

All orders within the UK are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

  • £3.99 flat rate

  • Free UK shipping on orders £50+

  • Delivery estimate: 2–4 business days after dispatch

  • Tracking number provided via email

Europe (EU) Shipping

Standard International (Royal Mail / partner couriers)

  • Delivery estimate: 2–11 business days

  • Shipping cost: based on order weight

  • Tracking included

Important:
EU customers may be charged VAT, customs duties, or handling fees upon delivery. These fees are set by your country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

International Shipping (USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand & more)

Standard International Tracked

  • Shipping cost: based on order weight

Customs Notice:
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties or handling fees when the parcel arrives in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees (IMPORTANT)

By placing an international order, you agree to the following:

  • Any customs charges, VAT, import duties or handling fees are not included in your order total.

  • These fees are collected by your country’s customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • JemmaRuth Designs cannot estimate these charges, nor can we absorb or refund them.

  • If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs fees, shipping costs are non-refundable.

This section protects your business legally and prevents disputes.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays.

  • A parcel is only considered lost after 10 business days (UK) or 25 business days (International) from the expected arrival date.

Incorrect Address Policy

Please double-check your delivery details at checkout.

If the address entered is incorrect and the parcel is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Tracking Information

All UK and international orders are shipped using tracked services.
Your tracking number will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.
